My client requires someone with building consent knowledge and experience to help her ascertain what is required on an outstanding building consent. The original consent was applied for in 1996 (2 owners prior) and my client would like to have independent advice what would be required to attain a Code of Acceptance. There are architectural drawings of before and after.
