Architect or builder required to quote on lining up Wellington City Council consent for a split flat. The situation: - The house is rented as upstairs and downstairs. - renovations (non-structural) were made to downstairs before it was rented (we did not realize consent was required. Downstairs can be vacated as required). - we need an assessment for how much it would cost to gain consent, including an estimate of any rectification work required. Renovation budget can be larger as required, if deemed worthwhile to perform. Thank you.
