Renovation and re-model

We currently purchased a new house in Miramar but it's fairly old school designed which make sense because it's built in 1960. What we are planning to do is renovating the basement area and re-model the bathroom on the second floor, also build an deck connect basement and backyard, also might need a stair to connect basement and second floor as well. What service we actually need is a consultant who is able to help us go trough and manage all the processes step by step and make the renovation job done follow the design and enquiry.
