Earthquake Repair general contractor and Project manager The muppet insurance company have now said (after 12 months) I need to determine my own quote to fix my earthquake damaged property. So i am looking for an all inclusive fixed price quote. Including all project management costs. The repair work consistent off: 1. Localised pile foundation replacements and re-levelling of the home. 2. General repairs to the main home. 3. Rebuild a concrete retaining wall and associated paving. Its a difficult steep site in Aro Valley and a $60K ++++++ Job. I am looking for someone to determine/manage all costs/project. Please let me know if you are interested.
