compete house renovation and alteration

We already have renovation plans for our house, submitted to council, with resource and building consent approved and issued. Demolition started, But now we need to make significant changes, change windows and doors, add a bathroom, move walls etc. a series of unfortunate events, has prevented our current architect being able to do the plan alterations so we need a new architect to take over as well as all trades to complete the job, someone who could effectively project manage the whole thing from here to turn key. House needs lifting with new concrete slab poured underneath...
