Renovation of family house

We are looking for a builder to renovate a family house. The job consists of four main parts: 1. Conservatory. Currently aluminium and glass, we would like this removed, framed and weatherboarded, gibbed, etc. to become 'part' of the main house and fitted with bifold doors. 2. Deck. A deck installed about 5mx5m. 3. Internal staircase. There is a rumpus room below the main house. We would like new stairs from the hall connecting to the rumpus, and new stud walls splitting the room into two. 4. Framing of balcony. Enclose and roof a 2x2m balcony area to provide a walk in warddrobe off the master bedroom. This provides an idea of the jobs required.
