Removal of Load Bearing Wall for open plan kitchen and lounge

We are planning to remove a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen and the lounge. We are looking for someone that can do the structural engineering and that drawings so that we can get through the council consent process. I have attached some pictures and a plan showing the wall between the kitchen and the lounge area.
