Ensuite building consent

I need a building professional to retrospectively process a building consent for an ensuite we had installed in our property. We had an architect who was meant to process this but he decided to retire leaving us in a bit of limbo. I have PS3 from builder, tiler and plumber. Just waiting for code or complainance from the sparky. High quality ensuite was installed, no issue with the workmanship or contractors used. Would like to get consent submitted and approved ASAP.
