Deemed Permitted Boundary Activity Notice

Planning to build a retaining wall within 1m from boundary line on drive way side. I will chase the neighbors to get their permission to apply for a deemed permitted boundary activity. I need help with the paper work with council. I didn't realize that I need resource consent before starting the job. I want to get it done before carry on with the work. Please, let me know if you can help me with that. Also, your fee. I'll be doing the building work. Thanks.
