Planning student for a 95% ready project.

This is an awesome project to build a two storey, round house in the middle of the forest. All the relevant documentation (geotech report, ecologist, engineer, architect plans) are all ready to go. I just need someone to compile it the way the council likes and help with the lodgement of the application. Perfect for a student or recent graduate that would like a nice project for the cv. As the project is almost ready to go I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on this specific job so only a very reasonable remuneration will be offered but the estimated amount of work will only be about 10 hours or so.
