This is part of a 2 lot subdivision. Resource consent has been granted for the back Lot 2. This project only relates to work on Lot 1 which requires a driveway to be laid to access Lot 2 as well as connections to storm water, sewage. Ensuring electrical services, clean water ...etc for the back section. An Engineers Plan Approval has been granted. Experienced builder with references and experienced in this work to manage the entire project including consultation with council, Water care, consultant, finding and managing contractors. Still waiting for the building consent for the water tank due sometime in September after which pre-site visit with Council. work includes fencing and retainer walls to separate off back section. Looking to have work completed by Christmas 2023 depending on weather.
