building consent for 56A Henderson valley.

The fire reports have mentioned that I need to apply for building consent. The specific details are as follows: 1) New emergency lighting is required at all changes of level and where the initial open path exceeds 20m. This is indicated on the plan. 2) New exit signage needs to be provided within the unit, and the indicative locations of the exit signage are shown on the plans. I would like to know who can apply this BC for me and how much for it. thanks
