Consent Application - Two Tiled Wet Area Showers & Garage Conversion

I need some help preparing a building consent application for two tiled wet area showers & a garage conversion. Ideally, the person chosen for the job will prepare the building consent application, along with any documents and drawings that may be required, and submit these to the Auckland Council. For reference, one of the showers is currently using an acrylic liner and shower base - I would like to change this to tiled walls, keeping the glass shower door/screen. The other shower (ensuite) was previously an open wet area shower that had sheet vinyl over the floor and an acrylic liner on the walls. I would like this bathroom to also become a wet area tiled shower. The other level of added complexity is that the ensuite was not on the original building plans that was submitted to council. I believe that when the house was built (early 2000's), the initial drawings that were submitted do not reflect what was actually signed off by council at the time that the CoC was granted (i.e. council does not have a copy of the superseded drawings). Ideally, someone that is familiar with a situation like this would be a plus. The other item which will need building consent is a conversion of an existing internal garage into a habitable living area. For reference, the house is built on a concrete slab, which was a damp course membrane under the entire slab. All of the external walls of the house are also insulated (the house is constructed from insulated tilt-up concrete), which I believe makes the process of converting the garage to a living area easier.
