Need a Code Compliance Certificate for a brand new minor dwelling build.

I have a <60sqm newly built minor dwelling for which I need a Code Compliance Certificate from the Auckland Council. It has a building consent already and failed the last IF1 Residential final checklist with a few minor issues - refer to attached image. I have some documents from during the build process and have also got the latest version of the property bag from the council for your review. All basic sites plans and consent documents avalible. The property needs to be legally tenantable basically, understandably it will need some project management and council/consent knowledge. Preferably, looking for someone\company to manage the entire process to completion. Costs negotiable based on what you can get done. Ask questions please.
