Consent help please

We need to install the following: 1. New gas stove and remove old electric one. 2. Install extractor fan above stove. 3. New wiring. 4. Remove old electric hot water heater and replace with purchased gas hydroflow heater and install gas bottles appropriately. 5. Remove 3 windows and replace with newly positioned 2 windows and one door and reclad exterior appropriately. 6. Install second toilet and renovate bathroom. 7. Remove non-structural, non-bracing wall between kitchen and laundry to expand and renovate kitchen. Have no idea what the consent costs would be to do this, or how to go about it. Have limited budget. We have a lot of the materials already purchased to complete.
