Building Surveyor Needed

I am in need Building Surveyor who is qualified in Weather Tight assessment and Remedial Design. I have a house in Swanson, Auckland that was built in 1997 and never completed as per the original consent that was applied for at the time. I have applied for CCC with council in order to ascertain what work is required to get it up to code and they have failed it on the CCC and have provided a long list of issues to resolve. They have recommended I engage the services Building Surveyor in order to advance the process.
