We are looking for a quotation for someone to draw up a plan for Building consent for a basement extension we wish to complete at 201 Glengarry Road Glen Eden. A simple concept drawing is attached. The proposed extension would extend out under an existing deck so part of the design would be a requirement for part of the basement roof to be under the deck or the deck replaced.
