We are looking to buy a rural property that currently has a garage with bathroom that we would want to do necessary legal and building work to make into a minor dwelling. The current space is newly built to high spec - e.g. double glazed, heat pump, bathroom and kitchen cabinetry. Need to know what would be needed to make this a legal minor dwelling.
