Someone with experience to finish off details to satisfy WDC to grant a building consent for an already relocated 86sqm dwelling. Such things as foundation bracing design GEO Tech and Engineers recommendation are completed as is the wastewater and stormwater designs. No dwelling alterations required. As the dwelling was once a brick home, weatherTex cladding required and new aluminum joinery being fitted. Small deck and stairs required. WDC have excepted some items for the building consent but having difficulty with other aspects of design for others.
