Hi. I have subdivided a section & have some prefab homes being placed on the properties. Consent has been given for subdivision. All plans have been drawn incl structural & CAD. I require somebody in the building industry to oversee the project & apply for consents where necessary. I need communication with subbies & council for stormwater, plumbing , electrical, telecommunications to the boundary etc. It may be suitable for somebody with experience diggers, foundations, small retaining walls, driveways, building experience.
