Project Manager - Residential Build Waiheke

Project Manager for Waiheke Residential Build that is currently underway. Need someone great at scheduling timelines of trades, sourcing trades where needed (most are already underway, but some extras will be needed), budgeting, supervising and approving work. And assisting through completion of the project and getting the CCC along with any remedial work required to do this. The project has 3 to 4 months left to complete. Ideally, it is for an immediate start. It would be great if you were based on Waiheke or, if not, happy to travel as needed.
