Building consent relocatable home

We are planning to relocate an existing home from Matakana (North Auckland) to Whakamarama (on a kiwifruit orchard north of Tauranga) and require a draughtsman to run the consent process. The house will arrive in Pahoia approximately 20th July so we are really keen to get our consent as soon as possible. We have an application in place for power to the site and also to bring water from the street to the house site. We have a current building inspection report and A4 plans. A HAIL report has been completed (with minor remedial work being carried out currently) and according to the Council building consents person I spoke to, we do not need a geotech report. I have requested A3 plans from the architect who designed the house. I would be keen to make contact with someone who can undertake this work.
