Hopefully looking i to purchasing a house and my concern is checking if the enclosed deck needs building consent or not. Owner extended there previous deck which is only 300mm in height but now extended roughly 8.2m x 3.7m has put external walls roof sliding doors. Only thing I can't see or if it's correct is if they haven't attached it to the house
