Building consent required for Southbridge house

Hi, I'm interested in someone who can manage the completion of my house in Southbridge and take it through Selwyn District Council to obtain the Code of Compliance certificate. 1. There are 10+ jobs that require work. Ticked jobs on inspection notice, attached, have already been completed. 2. The work should be completed by October if possible. 3.. I would like a rough quote as to the cost of completion.
