We would like someone to visit and discuss the listed jobs below regarding planning options and council consent requirements. Following the discussion, the person will draw up the plans that have been agreed to, in a format that is ready for submiision to Council for building approval. The planned work is as follows: • Framing an area in the garage / workshop for a macerating toilet • Creating a Laundry in a Hallway void • Removing an existing toilet to create space for a remodeled kitchen
