I need help getting resource consent for a minor dwelling. I have purchased a cabin on wheels and placed it on my lifestyle property with the intention of having it as a minor dwelling/guest house. The cabin, which was made by Jayco, measures 3.7 x 11 m and my property is 1 hectare and is zoned Future Urban so I believe it will comply with council regulations. What I need is help with the process of getting this resource consent and advice in dealing with the Auckland Council.
