dividing a walk in wardobe to add a toilet and vanity

doing a bathroom reno and wanting to extended the current bathroom by taking some space out of the walk in wardrobe that is next to it. we would like to put up a wall with a sliding cavity door and navigate through the consent process due to adding a toilet in there. we have currently removed the current bathroom so there will be some other job in there that may also need doing
