Roof and Hallway Alteration Building Consent Plans

I need someone how is able to create for me Building Consent plans to cover pushing the roof out in order to create a full width/ height ceiling along the upstairs hallway. The hallway is mostly full height. The upstairs bathroom currently extends out from the roofline. I don't think we need to go out as far as the wall to the bathroom, but far enough so we get a full width/ height hallway. I've attached some photos of the existing roof, which shows the adjacent bathroom. Also attached are some photos of the hallway. Thanks.
