Drafting services / consent

Require assistance with drafting / consent process for proposed deck extension. In short we are wanting to replace the current balcony and extend that right around the front of the house (this would replace the current lower deck that has been built). The intention is for the deck to come c. 4m out from the current house and would cover the length of the kitchen / lounge area (6m; c. 8m including balcony). Photos attached.
