Conversion of Garage to 2 bedroom minor dwelling ASAP

Assistance converting my garage to a 2 bedroom minor dwelling. I have resource consent from Auckland Council and my plans are with Council again for Building consent. I started this process in March and discussed with a potential builder, however he said I had to wait until I had consented plans. But speaking to him this week he said we should have ordered materials month ago due to supply delays etc. I am looking for an estimate of getting it from consented plans to completed build. I estimate the completed plans would be back with me by hopefully end of November/start of December and would love to kick into the work then. So the sooner I get someone signed on and they can get ordering materials, as I understand there are substantial lead times on timber etc. The project does not involve changing the existing floor plan. It does involve converting a hot water cupboard in the main home into the laundry (as the existing laundry is in the garage). Would love to find someone willing to jump into this job and smash it out. Thanks!
