We need a design/building consultant to prepare as built safety and sanitary plan and report for submission to council. Our house in Takapuna has an addition that has not been consented. We have lived in the house for 22 years and the addition was in situ when we arrived. We need to have this work done in order to sell the property should we so wish in the future.
