The job involves demolishing the present outhouse and building a utility room (approx 3meters 850cm by 3meters 620cm); plumbing this room for the transfered the present laundry; this utility room will also contain fridge and freezer, linen cupboard, cupboards and drawers. Where the present laundry is will be turned into a shower room, with a sliding door acces to be made to the spare room. The present main bathroom is to be renovated as a shower room. A window will be removed from the spare room and from the present laundry. Underfloor heating to be installed in spare room shower room and utility room. All white ware, tiles for both shower rooms have been ordered and/or paid for. Full architect drawings, resource and building consent will be available. We would like a builder who can project manage the whole project, liase with the architect, supply the tradesmen. The quote should be realistic and have a contingency margin built in (eventually a fixed quote may be asked for); references will be necessary and timeframes will be agreed before the job begins.

This was a new build/renovation. Darryn quoted, kept to his quote, and any additional costs were variations elected by myself. He and his workers and subcontractors were very professional, easy to work with, made useful suggestions, and were respectful of our property and privacy. Any schedule slippage was primarily due to adverse weather conditions.
