House Renovation Project Management

We are a couple involved in buying and renovating houses for resale in the Nelson/Tasman area. With previous properties we have done most of the cosmetic work ourselves, however we are now looking for a builder who can co-manage each renovation project we do, as we are property investors, not builders or other specialist tradespeople. We need someone who can help us assess properties before we buy them, help with planning and design for each project from a builder's perspective, and can manage the renovation process onsite with any other specialist trades people or teams depending on the renovation project.
