I have a section that that has an existing geotechnical report that specifically identifies a building platform. I want to establish a second platform, I need to change the consent notice and provide a new geotechnical report for where we want to have the new platform. My intention is to have 2 platforms. Platform 1 = future shed but my intentions is not to build it now Platform 2 = main dwelling platform. I'm looking for a proposal for a planner to help get resource consent on the following 1. The 2nd platform 2. The earthworks resource consent to get the driveway and both platforms done (including stormwater and septic) Regards, Chris
