LBP Licensed Building Practitioner - sign off needed for 10 sq m consented deck

I'm planning to build a 10 sq m deck which already has a consent applied and approved - due to being 1.7M in height . I attach a drawing of the intended deck along with the Schedule of Inspections document. None of the work has being done as yet , the first plan is to dig the footings for the piles. I simply need a LBP person to assign their name to the work so it will gain a Code Compliance Certificate for the 3 council inspections . The schedule of inspections are as attached in the document "Schedule of Inspections". If this is something you can do , then please provide a quote based on your time involved.
