We are looking to build a separate small dwelling at our backyard (approx 30-45m2). We are flexible with the layout / configuration (1-2 bedrooms etc), depending on feasibility. Would require a knowledgeable architect who has successfully gotten consent for similar projects to advise us, and also help us with the building consent application, including drawings to be submitted. We have a builder who can start work once consent is gotten.
