Add kitchen to sleep out

There is an existing consented sleep out with bathroom. I'd like to - 1. Install a new cook top and bench unit 2. Apply for COA for existing unconsented kitchen sink. 3. Apply for resource consent for a minor dwelling 4. Possibly requires a fire wall as main dwelling is quite close to the minor dwelling
