I need help with applying for a building consent for a drainlayer service. A sleepout sized 30 sq m requires a toilet. There is an existing concrete slab from the garage and carport that is being removed and I am waiting from steel frames for the sleepout to arrive. I drew up a plan but need help with consent and connecting waste water. I rang the council helpline and they advised me that what I need is drainlayer who can assist me submit the consent to connect the new waste water line to the existing waste water line, install the new line and sign off on the work done.
