Minor Alterations - Cavity Slider in Brace Wall

We are looking at adding one sink (to a standalone toilet), one toilet (to an existing bathroom with none) and a cavity slider (bracing rated) to what appears to be a brace wall with a point load but no underfloor support. We have the capacity to do the drawings etc and believe the plumbing shouldn't be an issue to get consent for but have questions regarding the door.
