Hi looking for estimate cost to convert an already consented & coc passed office garage to a 1 bedroom residential dwelling. Current office is fully constructed on concrete pad with bathroom, store room, sink in area where kitchen will be & 3 parking areas. Envisage store room to convert to bedroom, laundry in internal garage... basically its a good way there realise seperare electrical & council paperwork is where costs increase....can i send you plans for current office to help you provide estimate..wish to start september.maria
