Draughting and COA management
Job description
We have a rumpus room that was previously converted to a fully functional living space with kitchen that is accessed from a ranch slider or internal doorway. We purchased it knowing it did not have a COC and wish to get a COA. It is being used for family and friends and entertaining purposes. We would like to find someone to redraw plans and manage the liaison with council to identify what we need to do to get a COA.
