Bedroom/Bathroom Project

We're after a project manager/builder to help us plan and complete an upper level bedroom/bathroom project. At the moment it's a shell, needs new windows, a door out onto a small deck which will need building. Also an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Good quality finish but at a reasonable price is what were looking for with a start date no earlier than November. You will need to be able to do the following: Do any building work required (window/door re-configuration, small deck and partition walls for bathrrom/wardrobe) Manage other tradesmen for the bathroom Arrange Scaffolding Advise and assist with consents for the deck and bathroom
