I have a 758msq land with an existing 3 bedroom house and a legal sleepout. my address is 35 kivell close, mangere east for any GIS viewing on Auckland council website. there is a council drain underneath my garage which did not require any bridging earlier on. the front of my section has a 100 year flood path so that's not subdividable and I don't intend to do so.
