Assistance with building consent for above ground swimspa.
Job description
I have purchased an above ground swimspa. This required laying a 150 mm reinforced concrete slab (already completed) with the spa due for delivery on 20 January 2016. However, the vendor failed to inform me that this required consent from Auckland Council and I am now in a position where part of the work has been completed but I have not applied for consent. I would like assistance with site plans and submission for consent. Things are complicated by the fact that I will be out of the country from 17 December to 16 January. Help will be appreciated.
