Basement Office Consent Application

I've been planning my basement office for over a year and am now at the point where I want to submit a consent application to council. I've actually submitted a comprehensive application a few weeks ago, but it wasn't in an acceptable format, so it's now on hold, hence my posting here.

The project itself is the conversion of a basement area into a workable 12m2 office and adjoining corridor. I have the engineers drawings for the required block wall alteration and a concreter and builder lined-up to carry out the slab and framing work, but what I really need now are the skills of an architect or draughtsperson to produce the scale drawings, detail and documentation required by council in order to obtain consent.
