New tile roof and windows

Replace tile roof and flashings, replace six second level windows, replace six flat dormer roofs , replace and paint cladding to sides of dormers, new fascias and paint, new gutters. The project manager will need to coordinate the trades to minimize the time the scaffold is on hire as this will be a major cost component of the project.
