Certificate of Acceptance for simple garage conversion into two bedrooms

A garage on the property has been converted into two bedrooms by a previous owner (within the last few years). No plumbing involved; electrical work has been signed off. A code of acceptance (COA) application has been lodged with the Hutt council. The council has provided the following four RFIs: (1) please provide plans of existing work (I will need to have these drawn up), (2) Please attach pictures of the building work, (3) Please attach all necessary product specifications (4) A professional's report is suggested, if you have builder's report reviewing the building work carried please attach it. I need a qualified professional who has experience with COAs to look at the work done and respond to council on all these RFIs and any further questions. Looking to complete this work asap.
