Help with Letter of acceptance application to Hutt city council

We have a commercial unit where it has a kitchen and a wall partition installed but previous owner has not applied for the CCC. The building consent has lapsed. I am looking for somebody has an LBP to verify the installation is up the current codes and to help with the Letter of acceptance to the council.
