Drainage and Service Connection to 38 Elmslie Road, Pinehaven Upper Hutt

We own a property at 38 Elmslie Road, Pinehaven Upper Hutt. We are subdividing my property into two plots. I already have a surveyor and I have been advised that the council does not have any objection to our subdivision. As part of the subdivision I will to comply with council drainage requirements and ; 1. Water Connection 2. Sewage drainage 3. Stormwater drainage; I need a suitably qualified professional to provide a quote/estimate for the services above. The quotes/estimates should be formal and I need them as soon as possible The site is available for viewing to facilitate the provision of accurate quotes/estimates. Preference would be for one provider who for all three services above.
