I am adding a new toilet to my laundry. I started with building consent (I am a draftsman and I have the plan and revit model) but the council is asking for some further details as below Please show on the plans; - Drainage layout, - Inspection points, - Pipe gradient, - Pipe sizing, - location of existing gully, - Terminal vent location and size. Please show smoke alarms covering the entire escape routes as the hallway doors to living/kitchen block the escape route. Could someone can help me to get this asap?
